We seek a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Finance PTP Process Consultant in Budapest. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation and optimization of global finance processes across more than 60 entities.

 
What is the job about?

The position spans a wide scope of responsibilities within the Procure-to-Pay (PtP) process area, with a strong emphasis on driving transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. 
This role plays a key part in shaping and optimizing end-to-end PtP processes, including invoice handling, vendor management, and compliance initiatives. It involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across and beyond the OneFinance organization to implement change, enhance efficiency, and support strategic finance objectives.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of PTP processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization and efficiency gains.
  • Support, manage and lead global finance projects and process-related initiatives.
  • Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and represent PTP finance processes in cross-functional forums.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide strategic support to the Global Process Owner in translating high-level objectives into operational best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Purchasing, Supply Chain, Tax, Local Finance, and Divisional teams

 

Your background:
We imagine that you have: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in operational finance roles within a Shared Services environment, ideally with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes.
  • Proven expertise in invoice processing, query resolution, and working with financial systems such as SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
