In the role of Finance Business Partner, you will join a committed finance team dedicated to driving performance management across our group functions. We advise and support the business in all finance and performance management matters.

 

You will be part of an international environment and an energetic team of 9 taking up the roles of Financial Business Partners and Financial Analysts, reporting to Cedryck Overgaard Planche, Finance Director.

 

What is the job about?

As a Senior Finance Business Partner you will be a vital link between our collective repository of financial data and our business objectives. By ensuring the successful build-up, testing, and deployment of analytical standards or ad hoc queries you deliver important data for business-critical decisions.

 

You will be working closely together with finance colleagues and business stakeholders to define specifications for business analyses and configure the solution. Every case is an opportunity to optimize and improve information flow and business understanding both ways, and you will have a great impact with your ability to communicate complex analysis conclusions in an easy-to-understand format.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with teams to develop budgets and financial forecasts that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the finance team and other departments, ensuring that financial considerations are integrated into all business decisions.
  • Analyze operational performance and provide actionable insights to help departments optimize their financial performance.
  • Strategic Guidance: Offer recommendations on resource allocation, investments, and cost management to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

 

Your background

We imagine that you have:  

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to Finance Business Partnering.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent analytical, Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights that drive business decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to influence and drive changes in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: A forward-looking mindset to help shape business strategy and drive growth.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, A , SAP
  • Fluency in English
