Senior FP&A Reporting Analyst

What is the job about? 

The overall purpose of the Finance Business Analyst position is to apply subject matter knowledge and to provide financial support to the Finance Business Partners, especially with P&L performance reporting, forecasting and routine analytics. You will work within a unit and cross-functional areas.

Among other exciting tasks, you will:

•   Analyse, monitor and report on financial performance within the performance unit

•   Continuously look for efficiency gains by optimizing processes and tools to improve both the quality and timing of the performance reporting.

•   Contribute with a constant focus on performance management and with high-quality analysis to strengthen the planning and business decision-making process

•   Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners to ensure timely and accurate completion of P&L forecasting process

•   Support the Finance Business Partners and various business improvement projects with ad-hoc reports and analyses 

What do you need to apply?

•   You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

•   You possess solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in finance

•   You have 3-4 years of relevant work experience

•   You have great analytical capabilities and ability to work on complex issues

•   You are motivated and proactive in building knowledge and expertise

•   You have a conscientious and systematic approach to work and problem solving

•   You have high level of English and advanced Microsoft Office skills

•   You enjoy working cross-culturally

•   You possess a great understanding of the relevant systems (BW, BI, SAP)
