Senior Coordinator, HR Service Center
Job Description

What is the job about?

As our new Senior Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, problem solve and follow up on deliveries within the HR yearly cycle. You will collaborate with different stakeholders both inside and outside of HR just as you will be a part of HR projects.

Some of the time you work front office answering phone calls and handling requests in our ticketing system. Doing so, you consistently offer high service and always try to find the best and most effective solution.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prepare contracts and addendums.
  • Create and maintain masterdata in SuccessFactors.
  • Pre-join administration.
  • Offboarding administration.
  • Handle local timekeeping system.
  • Act as a compliance gate keeper noting differences from standard processes.
  • Contribute to build up and maintain of country specific and global HR knowledge base.
  • Involved in projects such as system implementation or process improvement.

 

Your background

We imagine that you have:  

  • Thorough and committed approach to service , aiming to improve the workplace environment for your colleagues.
  • Structured mindset and have an eye for the details.
  • Positive “can-do” attitude and you consistently demonstrate an ability to collaborate effectively
  • College or University Degree, preferably in HR.
  • Preferably 1-3 years’ experience within HR administration and expertise from a shared services environment.
  • Preferably experience working with process improvement and streamlining.
  • Understanding of working with HR systems, and good knowledge of e.g. SuccessFactors or ServiceNow.
  • Fluent skills in English and in Hungarian
