What is the job about?

This position will oversee our largest digital transformation programs focused on Indirect Source to Pay. The primary goal is to ensure Grundfos adopts cutting-edge tools and processes for purchasing. The individual in this role will have complete ownership of the assigned Source to Pay program from initiation to completion, adhering to predefined success metrics. Additionally, this role will establish and lead a Front Office Organization - team of eight colleagues —responsible for supporting program implementation, change management, and supplier enablement. Later, they will also sustain tool utilization by acting as a help desk.     

 

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • End to end ownership of Program enabling efficient business processes and supporting digital tools for Indirect Source to Pay.
  • Take full responsibility for stakeholder management & communication related to the projects & programs.
  • Drive governance involving Executive management, Group leaders, Functional leaders and colleagues globally across all functions in Grundfos.
  • Drive programs involving external implementation partners, if so required.
  • Drive interfaces between Business users and Delivery teams to drive the implementation of cross functional projects.
  • Take ownership for the complete project life cycle, from initiation to close, including scoping, requirements, business case, project plans, stakeholder management, communication, risk and issue logs, benefit realization, resource assignment & utilization, lessons learned, and closure logs.
  • Identify, resolve or escalate strategic, tactical and operational problems to deliver according to objectives and targets defined.
  • Establish and Lead team of 8 Front office coordinators - day to day sparring on their activities and development of competences & skills for the future.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver simple, effective training for users of the system. Manage a help desk to quickly resolve issues and keep users happy and productive.
  • S2P system governance: Monitor and refine how the Source to Pay system is used to keep processes efficient and compliant with internal standards. Regularly
    update procedures to improve procurement operations.
  • Daily Operations and Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensure the front office runs smoothly every day and maintain high satisfaction among stakeholders by delivering reliable services and prompt support.     

 

Your background

We imagine that you have:

 

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience on regional, or preferably global level.
  • Hands-on experience from minimum 1 implementation of Indirect Source to Pay program in an international setting.
  • Proven experience as a project leader in business transformation projects or programs involving both business processes, digital tool, behavioral changes.
  • Several years of experience managing direct reports in a regional/global environment
  • MSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain or other relevant field
  • Advanced project management methodologies, PM certification- preferably Prince II.
  • Possess a great understanding of SAP, Ariba, and potentially other S2P solutions.
  • Advanced English language skills – written & verbally.
  • Advanced communication to all layers of the organization.
  • Advanced in presentations (both in content and in layouts).
  • High adaptability to changing environment.
  • Can work in a cross-cultural team and also independently.
  • Well Organized, self-motivated personality with a “part of a solution” attitude.
  • Extended knowledge in Lean and/or Agile working method knowledge is an advantage.
