Record to Report Department 

 

You will become a valuable member of our Record to Report (RtR) Department. The department is situated in Budapest playing an important role in our global finance organization. The department runs the following processes: month-end closing, stock, intercompany, reporting, audit support, fixed asset, master data and indirect tax. Apart from these processes, you will have the chance to participate in various process development projects as well. 

 

What is the job about? 

 

As an Accountant, among other exciting tasks, you will:

 

  • Process all regular and ad-hoc General Ledger postings
  • Perform, follow-up all relevant closing activities for RtR and Asset Management area (monthly, quarterly, year-end)
  • Support fixed assets accounting (e.g. create and maintain asset master data) and investment management process
  • Act as a coordinator for the Intercompany process
  • Complete reconciliation of assigned General Ledger accounts and support auditors during audits
  • Perform internal control activities and ad hoc tasks
  • Contribute to projects in order to stabilize and improve process performance
  • Keep contact with effected stakeholders

 

What do you need to apply?

 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • You have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience before entering level
  • You possess solid accounting and Excel knowledge (preferably IFRS) 
  • You have a proven record of Balance Sheet reconciliation experience
  • You are fluent in English (another European language knowledge is an advantage)
  • You have a systematic and quality-oriented way of working
  • You are flexible and have the capacity to work under pressure
