As a Recruiter, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager of the region, you'll be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts for various functions. You'll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data-driven insights to align our talent acquisition strategy with company goals and culture. From managing recruitment projects to building dynamic talent pipelines, matching the potentials with opportunities. You will support our organization’s growth and future ambition by championing various TA initiatives, playing a crucial role in our success.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Trusted Advisor: Partner closely with your hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver a seamless hiring experience for your key stakeholders. Prepare for intake meetings to discuss strategies and set clear expectations on timelines.
  • Advise and influence leaders with a consultative approach, navigate conflicting stakeholder demands by providing insights and strategic recommendations that shape hiring decisions
  • Proactive Recruitment: Identify, engage, and secure top candidates using various sourcing and talent insights tools for confidential or exploratory searches as well. Screen candidates based on required skills and company-identified competencies. Provide shortlists to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules. Present and negotiate job offers with candidates, ensuring a smooth acceptance process.
  • Project Management Mindset: Drive recruitment efforts by managing expectations, setting up regular follow-ups, fine-tuning processes, and challenging where needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Process Compliance: Maintain and update recruitment process documents and materials. Ensure candidate data is stored securely and in compliance with company policies. Build and maintain a talent pool using recruitment software and tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with hiring managers, candidates, and third-party vendors. Communicate effectively to manage expectations and provide updates. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Data Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance using data analytics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance recruitment processes.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Proven talent acquisition expertise, preferably in a corporate environment, with a track record of successfully leading and managing recruitment projects across Western Europe.
  • Demonstrated success in operating within complex, international environments, effectively navigating cultural nuances and collaborating with global stakeholders to attract top-tier talent.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining robust talent pipelines, leveraging data-driven tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights to identify and engage potential candidates proactively. Skilled in analyzing market trends and talent analytics to inform strategic recruitment decisions. 
  • Deep knowledge and practice in using advanced recruitment platforms, data analytics tools, and HR technologies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experiences
  • Proven ability to remain adaptable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Skilled at managing shifting priorities, high workloads, and delivering under pressure while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Fluency in Italian is required, aside from proficiency in English. Frech language knowledge is an advantage.
