Project Manager - E-Invoicing Product Owner
Job Description

As part of Grundfos’ 2025 strategy to build simplified, standardized, and automated global processes, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager – E‑Invoicing Product Owner to drive successful migrations and finance transformation initiatives.

You will be fully accountable for delivering project outcomes, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering strong collaboration across global stakeholders.

 

In this role, you will

  • Plan, organize, and execute finance migration and transformation projects together with local finance teams, SMEs, Shared Services, and outsourcing partners
  • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and deliverables; adjust plans proactively to ensure successful execution
  • Apply the Finance Excellence Framework and Process Migration Framework where relevant
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and securely stored
  • Lead project kick‑off sessions and facilitate ongoing stakeholder communication
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status updates
  • Identify project risks, evaluate potential impact, develop mitigation actions, and execute on the risk plan
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed, reviewed, approved, and properly handed over to operations
  • Drive structured hypercare activities to stabilize processes post‑migration

 

E‑Invoicing Product Ownership

  • Translate compliance and business requirements into product features for the E‑invoicing area
    (Note: Technical specifications and detailed system requirements are handled by IS Solutions Architects.)
  • Communicate product updates and changes to relevant stakeholders
    (Note: Regulatory change input is provided by Finance Compliance.)
  • Support issue and incident follow‑up in collaboration with technical teams
  • Coordinate with IS regarding documentation and training material updates

Communication & Change Management

  • Drive communication and change initiatives to ensure stakeholder understanding, buy‑in, and adoption of new processes
  • Collaborate across cultures and adapt communication styles to diverse stakeholders and working environments

 

We imagine that you have

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in project and process management
  • Experience as an E‑invoicing Product Owner
  • Experience leading Finance Transformation projects
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams through complex projects
  • Solid understanding of statutory and compliance finance processes in an SAP environment, preferably with foundational knowledge of SAP DRC
  • High‑level understanding of logistics, order‑to‑cash, invoicing processes, and AP invoice processing
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
  • Proven problem‑solving abilities and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, influence others, and drive results
