Middle Office Agent
Job Description

Are you passionate about driving seamless order fulfilment and ensuring customers receive the right parts at the right time? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Order Execution Coordinator, you will be managing end-to-end order execution for spare parts and service products across EMEA and South America, resolving exceptions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Global Spare Part Supply Chain Planning & Order Execution team, you'll create impact by Ensuring timely delivery of critical spare parts and service products that keep essential water and climate solutions running worldwide.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage order fulfilment end-to-end — tracking availability, delivery feasibility, and lead-time commitments to ensure realistic order promises
  • Resolve order exceptions and escalations such as delivery delays, shortages, and blocked orders with clear stakeholder communication
  • Monitor performance indicators including backlog, delivery reliability, and on-time delivery, driving corrective actions where needed
  • Communicate proactively with external customers, sales teams, and service technicians on order status and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate order data in ERP systems ensuring quality, traceability, and timely updates
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks and contribute to standardised, scalable improvements in order execution processes

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong ERP skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

We would also imagine that you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience in a global manufacturing or industrial products corporation
  • Familiarity with international shipping, customs documentation, or trade compliance
  • Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
