You will step into a very important specialist role where you are a cornerstone in our strategic journey ahead, driving the enhancement of ‘Our Way of Working’ (OWOW), which is Grundfos’ best-known practices for all of us to do everything faster, smarter and simpler.

We are a diverse and dynamic team of more than ten internal and external people located in Denmark and Hungary. We work, together with the organization, to describe and improve the best-known ways of working in Grundfos through GBS. Think of it as a navigation system for Grundfos, helping us all to reach our goals faster, smarter and simpler. In the team we are currently focusing on three areas (“building blocks”):

Strategy Deployment: enabling people leaders and their teams to improve the roll-out

of the Grundfos Strategy, to successfully reach our ambitions and goals.

Decision Making Excellence: enabling people leaders and their teams to clarify roles and responsibilities, structure their meeting cadence and reach desired meeting outcomes.

Process Excellence: enabling people leaders and their teams to visualise, manage and continuously improve their processes.

 

 

What is the job about?

The Project Manager Business Process Management (BPM) is critical in promoting a culture of business excellence throughout the organization. As a Project Manager for Business Process Management (BPM) your primary responsibility will be to lead the initiative to embed and maintain process management practices across the organization.

You will manage the project and lead the implementation of a BPM approach to deliver one integrated value driven E2E management system in Grundfos in collaboration with experts in each area and functions, and internal and external stakeholders.

You will be the Business partner to IS for the definition and maintenance of technical solutions to document one management system.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead the internal and external team members (incl. across other departments, as needed) as Project Manager, to drive the implementation and maintenance of BPM across all business functions.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001 standards in collaboration with the experts and owners.
  • Develop and manage process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Work closely with functional teams to review and optimize their processes, aligning them with global standards and best practices.
  • Train and mentor staff on BPM practices.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on BPM and ISO compliance key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee Process Redesign projects (incl. project stakeholder management, project management, project documentation, workshops, post-implementation follow-up as needed)
  • Identify and resolve any conflicts or dependencies that arise, ensuring smooth execution and minimizing disruptions to ongoing project.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team in resource management, capacity planning, and workload balancing to maintain productivity and quality standards 
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and influence stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization to ensure their buy-in, collaboration, and ownership of the BPM initiatives and its benefits.
  • Provide senior-level guidance and support to project team, to communicate process changes, benefits, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Establish a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of the progress, achievements, and challenges of the BPM project.
  • Stay up-to-date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative practices in business process management.
  • Facilitate the establishment of communities of practice or forums where BPM owners, drivers and enthusiasts can share knowledge, experiences, and challenges.
  • Encourage active participation and collaboration within the communities of practice to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in BPM
  • Work with IS in the selection and implementation of BPM technology.
  • Collaborate closely wit the Lead Transformation Specialist in the GBS Office to secure a seamless alignment of the BPM project (scope, goals, timeline, etc.) as part of the full GBS programme.

Your background

We imagine that you have:  

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification would be an advantage.
  •  Relevant experience in global industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focusing on BPM and ISO standards.
  •  Proven track record in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives.
  •  Knowledge and clear understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001 standards, auditor certification would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Proficient in using BPM tools and software.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach.
  •  Fluent in English; additional language skills would be an advantage due to the global nature of the role
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent Project Management skills
