You will step into a very important specialist role where you are a cornerstone in our strategic journey ahead, driving the enhancement of ‘Our Way of Working’ (OWOW), which is Grundfos’ best-known practices for all of us to do everything faster, smarter and simpler.

 

Become a part of our GBS (Grundfos Business System) Office

 

We are a diverse and dynamic team of more than ten internal and external people located in Denmark and Hungary. We work, together with the organization, to describe and improve the best-known ways of working in Grundfos through GBS. Think of it as a navigation system for Grundfos, helping us all to reach our goals faster, smarter and simpler. In the team we are currently focusing on three areas (“building blocks”):

Strategy Deployment: enabling people leaders and their teams to improve the roll-out

of the Grundfos Strategy, to successfully reach our ambitions and goals.

Decision Making Excellence: enabling people leaders and their teams to clarify roles and responsibilities, structure their meeting cadence and reach desired meeting outcomes.

Process Excellence: enabling people leaders and their teams to visualise, manage and continuously improve their processes.

 

 

What is the job about?

As a member of the GBS Expertise and Deployment team within the Grundfos Business System Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the enhancement of Our Way Of Working (OWOW). Your primary responsibility will be to act as a subject matter expert within Process Excellence.  You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, divisions, and senior management to ensure the effective deployment and continuous improvement of OWOW throughout the organization. 

 

Your main responsibilities:

Expert Role:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Process Excellence.
  • Create, maintain, and improve tools, guidelines, standards, and training materials related to the Building Block.
  • Collaborate with our Business Process Management (BPM) team and other stakeholders to leverage professional expertise and content.
  • Ensure strong alignment and consistency by acting as the bridge between the GBS Office team and the BPM team to ensure good communication and collaboration between both teams.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends within the assigned Building Blocks.

Deployment Role:

  • Support and execute on Process Excellence projects in collaboration with GBS Transformation Managers
  • Execute initiatives such as coaching, training, and process improvements to cultivate competencies within the organization, thereby fostering internal capabilities and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Your background

We imagine that you have:  

  • Preferably minimum of 2 years of experience within Grundfos, with a deep understanding of its organization, culture, and current maturity level.
  • Experience and knowledge of Process Management tools and best-practices.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and ability to quickly adapt to new concepts and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles to various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record as a high performer, demonstrating a culture of excellence and a commitment to achieving results.
  • Excellent team player attitude, prioritizing the success of the team and the organization above individual interests.
  • Proficiency in knowledge sharing and critical thinking, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, etc.).
  • Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or related methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience in process optimization
  • Experience in project management or change management is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as needed, to support deployment efforts across different locations.
