Senior Customer Service Representative – Industry – Budapest, Hungary

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Services Representative who thrives on delivering exceptional service and mentoring others. In this role, you’ll not only resolve complex enquiries but also act as a subject matter expert, helping elevate our customer service standards.

 

This role reports to the Customer Service Manager, IND. and is based in the GSSE, Budapest, Hungary

 

What you’ll do:

  • Handle complex customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and speed.
  • Prepare technical quotations and offers, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a knowledge resource for the team, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Support process improvements and participate in projects that enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain and optimize customer data in SAP CRM.

 

Your background:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally within Grundfos or similar industry.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of products and processes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP CRM.
  • Ability to lead by example and mentor colleagues.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
