As our new HR Specialist - Survey Operations, you will be building and managing employee surveys on the Qualtrics platform, translating requests from people leaders into well-designed, standardized survey instruments that deliver reliable insights. What you will be doing
As a key part of the People Analytics team, you'll create impact by enabling people leaders across Grundfos to gather meaningful employee feedback through high-quality, efficiently delivered surveys that inform better decisions.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Receive and process survey requests from people leaders, translating their needs into properly structured Qualtrics surveys following established templates and guidelines
- Deliver HR material as well as support the process of defining concepts, procedures, roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain survey documentation and adhere to People Analytics dashboard and data standards for seamless downstream reporting
- Ensure all surveys comply with data privacy and confidentiality standards, consulting with privacy/legal stakeholders when needed
- Collaborate with the Employee Engagement Survey track, HR Business Partners, and HR Reporting team to align survey practices

- Experience in HR operations, survey administration, or a similar process-oriented support role
- Hands-on experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics is preferred)
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established guidelines with consistency and accuracy
- Comfortable working at a steady pace on repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
