Human Resources
HR Coordinator
Job Description

Are you a proactive HR professional who thrives on solving problems, energizing teams, and delivering seamless people processes?

Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Senior HR Coordinator, you will be coordinating and driving key HR processes end-to-end, acting as a trusted partner to HR colleagues and business stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the HR Services team, you'll create impact by delivering reliable, high-quality HR support that empowers our people and enables Grundfos to attract, develop, and retain top talent worldwide.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and execute HR operational processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee data administration
  • Serve as a key point of contact for HR inquiries, providing HR support and guidance to all employees working for Grundfos via answering phone and via requests coming from the HR Service Portal
  • Anticipating user needs and proactively resolving issues before escalation
  • Ensure compliance with well-defined HR processes and policies, identifying improvement opportunities and driving implementation
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to support cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and organizational changes
  • Follow up on open cases and tasks with persistence and ownership, even when they fall outside your immediate area of responsibility

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a structured and detail-oriented HR professional with strong communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or HR shared services
  • Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar HR case management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
