As our new Finance Controller, Customer Bonus, you will be delivering accurate customer bonus reporting, owning balance sheet reconciliations, and driving optimization of global bonus processes in close collaboration with Sales teams. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Global Finance team, you'll create impact by Driving compliance, automation, and cost effectiveness across Grundfos's global customer bonus processes to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Deliver bonus agreement credit notes and final settlements in accordance with agreement timing
• Produce accurate and timely monthly and year-end customer bonus reporting
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure accuracy and timely updates of bonus accruals
• Own and reconcile balance sheet accounts for customer bonus
• Drive optimization and simplification of global customer bonus processes through standardization and automation
• Ensure compliance of customer bonus agreements and processes with accounting principles and internal controls

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented finance professional with strong SAP expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, global environment. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Corporate Finance role
• In-depth knowledge of SAP software and intermediate Excel skills
• Proficiency in English with strong organizational and change management skills
