What kind of open positions we usually have?

1) Purchase to Pay Accountant

• Ability to generate transactions within an accounting process areas.
• Support operational calls with the businesses
• Support Finance Excellence team in their process related work (provide data, analyse data, propose improvements and actions, provide feedback)   

2) Record to report Accountant

• Understands the assigned accounting activities performed in FSS for the entity
• Performs analytical tasks and communicates results to Senior accountant
• Supports audit processes during system/process audits (internal and external)

3) Cash & Collections Associate

• Prompt, proactive and effective communication with external customers on daily basis,  with obtaining current information on outstanding cash
• Monitor aging of accounts and initiate phone calls to customers to arrange payments on time
• Coordinate timely dispute resolution                                                 

4) Indirect Tax Accountant:

• Preparation of ITX returns (VAT, EC Sales List, Intrastat and other Indirect tax related reporting) extract and analysis of accounting data for tax purposes
• Manage Indirect Tax GL recon, open items and error corrections
• Initiate VAT payments and follow-up on VAT credits / refunds

What is your background?

We are open to various talents and imagine that you may have a combination of the below:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree ideally in Finance (Fresh Graduates are also welcome!)
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre
• Advanced level of English (oral and written)
• Intermediate level of another European language (preferred: German, Spanish, French)
• Experience in SAP
