What is the job about?
The Finance Specialist, Architecture & Systems will primarily work on, but not limited to, developing and maintaining Group FP&A models on financial planning and performance management. Overall, the position will operationally support the execution of financial planning and month end closing process related to group management performance reporting.
Your main responsibilities:
- Operationally support performance management reporting and month end closing processes
- Operationally support the financial planning processes, primarily:
- Quarterly forecast process
- Annual budget process
- Monthly sales planning process.
- Management and maintenance of finance master data and hierarchies owned by Group FP&A (e.g., cost center, profit center, sales group, etc.)
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requirement
- Contribute to initiatives and projects related Group FP&A Performance Management domain.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience especially in the field of accounting and/or management accounting & reporting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts and financial information in a straightforward manner.
- Higher level understanding of Accounting and Corporate Finance concepts and ways of working
- Nice-to-Have Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana. Familiarity with SAP BW (Business Warehouse). Experience with PowerBI for data visualization. Understanding of IBM Planning Analytics/TM1.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proficient in written and oral communication in English
