As our new Chief HRBP IMEA and Europe Sales, you will be serving as a strategic HR partner to the Europe and IMEA Sales leadership teams within our Water Utility division, co-developing and executing people plans that directly enable regional business growth and organizational transformation. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Water Utilities HR team, you'll create impact by Driving organizational change and people strategies that enable two of our most critical sales regions to deliver ambitious growth targets in water sustainability.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to the Head of Europe and Head of IMEA Sales, translating business plans into short and mid-term HR deployment plans
- Lead organizational change and design activities aligned with Grundfos strategy - a key priority for the coming 1-2 years
- Co-develop and execute the WU Sales People plans, ensuring seamless delivery of annual HR processes across both regions
- Serve as the interface between senior leadership teams and HR tiers, balancing business needs with HR strategic priorities
- Drive initiatives in leadership development, well-being, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across the regions
- Support deployment of global HR processes and participate in Global HR strategy projects as needed
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a business-oriented HR leader with proven experience in strategic partnering, organizational design, and change management - someone who builds trust at senior levels and turns strategy into tangible people outcomes.
We would also imagine that you have:
- Master's degree or equivalent, combined with several years of experience in strategic HR business partnering within a commercial or sales environment
- Demonstrated track record in organizational design, change management, and translating business strategy into people action
- Strong HR process expertise and ability to operate across multiple countries and cultures
- Fluent English proficiency with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience working in a large, global matrixed organization
- Background partnering with sales or commercial organizations in growth-oriented environments
- Coaching certification or strong coaching capability at senior leadership level
