Record to Report Department

You will become a valuable member of our Record to Report (RtR) Department. The department is situated in Budapest playing an important role in our global finance organization. The department runs the following processes: month-end closing, stock, intercompany, reporting, audit support, master data. Apart from these processes, you will have the chance to participate in various process development projects as well.

What is the job about?

An Associate Stock Accountant:

• Understands and follows the assigned procedures performed in FSS for the entity.
• Supports MEC and YEC activities
• Identifies, and communicates issues to the accountant or Senior Accountant
• Uses and follows documentation, communicates the need for update or correction
• Performs the assigned IC controls as required
• Keeps contact with the affected stakeholders and key contact persons
• Ensures “no surprises” environment, informs senior accountant about problems and changes
• Seeks for continuous improvement opportunities related to assigned processes
• Supports Implementation of process improvements or process standardizations

What do you need to apply?

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
• You possess solid accounting and Excel knowledge (preferably IFRS)
• You are at least intermediate in English (another European language knowledge is an advantage)
• You have a systematic and quality-oriented way of working
• You are flexible and have the capacity to work under pressure
