As our new Associate HR Masterdata Specialist, you will be maintaining and optimizing global HR master data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, serving as a vital link between HR, IT, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless data quality across the organization. This position comes with a 1 year contract with a potential of extension.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the HR Masterdata Services team, you'll create impact by Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our global HR data foundation, directly enabling better decision-making and smoother HR operations for thousands of employees worldwide..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Maintain global HR master data according to established data maintenance processes in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Identify and escalate data quality and process issues to responsible Data Stewards and Data Maintenance Managers
  • Gather, structure, and resolve local, regional, and global data requirements and issues
  • Act as a key contact point between IT and HR areas including Tech, Payroll, Mobility, and local HR teams
  • Actively participate in process development and improvement projects alongside IT and HR stakeholders
  • Support the development of HR concepts, procedures, and role definitions to ensure quality and usability of HR deliverables

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with a solid understanding of HR systems and data processes, eager to grow within a global HR environment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in HR data management, HR operations, or a similar role (juniors are also welcomed)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations relevant to HR data management
  • Experience in cross-functional or global project environments
