As an Accountant, you will manage end-to-end accounting activities, support month-end and year-end closing processes, and help ensure financial accuracy across our Finance Shared Services organization. What you will do

As a member of the Finance Shared Services team, you will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and improving accounting processes that support Grundfos’ global operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Performing intercompany reconciliations and maintaining balance sheet controls
• Identifying, investigating, and resolving accounting issues, escalating complex matters when needed
• Supporting analytical tasks, KPI monitoring, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
• Maintaining process documentation and ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Solid accounting knowledge and experience with balance sheet reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills
• Good command of English
• A structured, quality-focused working style and the ability to perform well under pressure
