As an Accountant, you will manage end-to-end accounting activities, support month-end and year-end closing processes, and help ensure financial accuracy across our Finance Shared Services organization. What you will do
As a member of the Finance Shared Services team, you will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and improving accounting processes that support Grundfos’ global operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Performing intercompany reconciliations and maintaining balance sheet controls
- Identifying, investigating, and resolving accounting issues, escalating complex matters when needed
- Supporting analytical tasks, KPI monitoring, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
- Maintaining process documentation and ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality

You are a detail-oriented finance professional with strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration.
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Solid accounting knowledge and experience with balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills
- Good command of English
- A structured, quality-focused working style and the ability to perform well under pressure
