CSSC Application Engineer

What is the job about?

The primary responsibility of the CSSC Application Engineer is to contribute to the development of sales and customer service by providing technical support and to produce quality quotations either directly for VIP customers or from Requests for Quotation (RFQ) received.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Optimizing quotations to meet the needs of the sales force and the clients.
  • Supporting the Internal and External sales force by maintaining the necessary data in the system.
  • Creating RFQ for VIP customers.
  • Creating Quotation from RFQ.
  • Following up on Quotations.
  • Logging opportunities.
  • CRM maintenance.
  • Enquiry tracking.
  • Holding technical trainings and courses for colleagues/ clients.
  • Applying discounts, making special offers and using the pricing conditions according to defined Sales policy.
  • Participating in professional development courses recommended by the Management of the Company.
  • Implementation of the Quality Policy, Environment and Security of Work to achieve the proposed targets.
  • Observing and applying the rules of good practice set out in the Management Manual, general procedures and operational of the ISO system.
  • Applying management of waste in your field activities.

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

  • Highly technical competence level within defined areas.
  • CRM & SAP knowledge within the related work area would be ideal.
  • Account/Contact Management and Quotation Management in CRM.
  • CSU Experience as Tech. Eng. or Customer Support for Pre-sales activities (Quotes, Technical info, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of the Sales Company and Sales Excellence (Sales Processes and principles).
  • 3 years of experience.
  • Good English skills.
  • Proactivity and good communication skills.
