As our new Warehouse Supervisor, you will be supervising 20+ employees across receiving, clean and prep line, and warehouse operations — ensuring materials are received, stored, and delivered to production on time, accurately, and safely while driving continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and cross-functional collaboration. What you will be doing
As a key part of the GCB Operations - Supply Chain team, you'll create impact by Leading a high-performing warehouse team that directly enables production success, cost reduction, and safe, sustainable operations at our GCB facility.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Supervise, coach, develop, and direct 20+ employees across receiving, clean and prep, and warehouse areas — including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt, put-away, kitting, and delivery of materials to production using SAP WM, while monitoring COGI, warehouse dashboards, and daily performance indicators
- Lead warehouse daily action meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with planning, production, quality, shipping, and engineering teams to resolve issues and meet targets
- Adhere to the cycle count program, investigate inventory discrepancies with root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support annual stock take activities
- Ensure compliance with all EHS policies — conducting daily environmental checks, maintaining equipment and certifications, investigating incidents, and communicating safety goals to the team
- Identify and implement cost reduction measures and process improvements across all warehouse activities in support of Grundfos Ignite '27 strategy
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a metrics-driven warehouse leader with deep SAP WM expertise, a proven track record of supervising large teams in fast-paced environments, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. We would also imagine that you have:
- High school diploma with minimum 5 years of warehouse/stockroom experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- High working knowledge of SAP WM in receiving and warehouse environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with strong basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other materials handling equipment and lift up to 50 lbs
It is a plus if you also:
- Bachelor's degree
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience beyond SAP WM
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

The salary range for this position is $78,400.00 - $118,700.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
