Passionate about branding, managing projects with multiple stakeholders, and willing to create impact for the US organization? Join the Branding Team at Grundfos as a Branding Assistant and be part of shaping the future of our brand platform. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global organization while working 15-20 hours per week from June – September 2024. The Branding Assistant will report directly to the Lead Branding Manager and will operate daily out of the Brookshire, TX facility in a hybrid function.

To be considered for this internship, you must be a student currently enrolled at a university or a recent college graduate (within 1 year).

 

Your main responsibilities 

You will join our local US Branding team as a Branding Assistant student assistant working with various aspects of the Grundfos brand. Your main responsibilities will be:

 

Development and maintenance of platforms with branded items:

  • Collaboration with a third-party vendor on the development of the US-based e-store with Grundfos merchandise, selection of brand relevant items, communication with involved stakeholders, gathering and evaluating feedback and making suggestions for improvements. 
  • Collaboration with our Print vendor on the development and maintenance of branded print materials, such as business cards, posters, roll-ups and other stationery. 

 

Content creation:

  • Create internal and external communication to cover company events, CSR activities and other initiatives that contribute to strengthening our presence in the US and raising brand awareness.
  • Create presentations, social media posts and other assets in accordance with company brand guidelines.
  • Keep track of competitors branding and marketing initiatives, providing inputs and contribute to competitive benchmarks and best practice examples in our industry.
  • Assist with brand campaigns set-up and structural tasks.
  • Assist with creative content creation.

 

Planning and idea generation:

  • Help deliver one brand experience across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in the organization, providing guidance on core brand elements and assisting them in utilizing brand materials.
  • Gaining insights from stakeholders to incorporate in the global campaign plans to ensure consistent branding throughout the organization.

 

Support wider brand management team with ad-hoc tasks:

  • Development and support on various brand materials for key events, training and

 

Your background 

We imagine that you have:   

  • Current or recent graduates pursuing degree in business, marketing, communication, design, project management or a similar field preferred.
  • Initiative-driven and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Fast learner who can work independently and demonstrate strong initiative.
  • Experience with graphic design is a big plus.
  • Experience working with CANVA or similar platform is a plus.
  • The ability to work both independently and on a team.
  • The ability to work out of the Brookshire, TX facility once a week.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
