STREAM GLOBAL GRADUATE PROGRAM 

 

BASIS FOR PARTICIPATION

Stream is our Global Graduate Program, a two-year developmentjourney designed to expand your skills and values, providing a well-defined track for rapid career growth and transformation. In other words, a chance to define your future! 

 

It’s an opportunity to make rapid progress in a company committed to making a positive impacton climate change and improving the quality of life for people on a global scale. 

 

What is the program about? 

 

Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the program consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential.  In each rotation you will be working on a specific project under the management of a Project Owner and a team of Grundfos employees. During this project, you will contribute to a real challenge found in the business, so we expect you to give it your best and engage fully in each project.  

   

Continuous development opportunities will empower you to improve your skills and abilities. You will be part of a global community of Global Graduates, coming together as a group several times over the course of the program, both online and in person. You will for example travel to Denmark to visit our headquarters, experience Grundfos’ history and be a part of its future.

In the US this year, we are particularly looking for people with the following backgrounds: 

  • IT & Digital 
  • Operations 
  • Commercial & Sales

What are the requirements for applying? 

 

To apply for the Stream Global Graduate Programme in the US, we expect you to have: 

 

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree.  
  • A maximum of two years of relevant experience after graduation. 
  • The ability to create a significant impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • A comprehensive analytical competency with digital and customer-centric mindset and flair for technology and digitalisation. 
  • Effective communication skills and excellent written and spoken English. 
  • A valid work permit for the US. 
  • The ability to have in office presence in our Brookshire, TX facility where the program will be based out of.

 

 

Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship is not available for applicants for US Work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa.
