As our new Senior Support Specialist, you will be serving as the primary internal point of contact for strategic accounts within our Commercial Building Services division, resolving complex inquiries and ensuring seamless order fulfillment while identifying opportunities to grow business relationships. What you will be doing
As a key part of the USA Customer Service & Shared Services Center (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Strengthening strategic customer relationships and expanding market presence by delivering tailored solutions that position Grundfos as a comprehensive, one-stop solution provider..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Serve as the dedicated support contact for strategic accounts, managing escalated inquiries across the full order-to-delivery lifecycle including quotations, order processing, shipment tracking, and complaint resolution
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive sales growth, strengthen customer engagement, and support revenue targets
- Process and manage complex orders, coordinate customer-requested changes, and consolidate shipments to improve delivery efficiency for project-based sales
- Organize and deliver training and onboarding activities for strategic account employees, including tailored CSSC materials and sales presentations
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Regional Managers, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve disputes, credit issues, and supply chain concerns proactively
- Promote Grundfos digital self-help tools (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet) and provide regular reporting on key account performance, opportunities, and risks
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a highly organized, analytically sharp professional with deep customer service experience, technical aptitude for pump products, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to elevate the customer experience. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of relevant industry experience with direct customer-facing engagement
- Proficiency with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA and CRM platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel (macros, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI dashboards
- Authorization to work in the USA without employer sponsorship
It is a plus if you also have:
- Technical expertise in reading and interpreting pump designs, specifications, and related documentation
- Familiarity with the order-to-cash (OTC) cycle, supply chain processes, or operations environments
- Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and peers across cross-functional teams without direct authority

The salary range for this position is $61,000 to $92,000. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s & Peerless Pump Company total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
