Senior Planning Specialist

As our new Master Planner, you will be executing and optimizing complex supply, demand, inventory, and master planning processes that directly influence our ability to deliver for customers worldwide. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by Driving planning excellence and continuous improvements with regional and global impact across Grundfos' end-to-end supply chain..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain feasible master plans, ensuring timely sharing with stakeholders across production regions and Group Operations
  • Drive and facilitate medium-to-high complexity meetings within the SIOP cycle, contributing actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with regional or global impact, approaching changes from an end-to-end perspective
  • Ensure high master data quality and SAP accuracy within your area of responsibility, collecting and presenting supply chain performance analytics
  • Train and educate colleagues on complex planning subjects at regional and global levels, elevating capability across the organization

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are an analytical, detail-oriented planning professional with a strong problem-solving mindset, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate end-to-end supply chain implications to stakeholders at all levels. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant supply chain planning experience, preferably in a large discrete manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge of SAP and supply chain planning processes, metrics, and master data management
  • Proven experience managing and collaborating cross-functionally within global supply chain processes

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with capacity planning and SIOP/S&OP cycles
  • Track record of framing and driving continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact
  • Strong data analytics and performance reporting capabilities

The salary range for this position is $ 78,400.00 - $118,700.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
