As our new Regional Product Manager, DBS (Domestic Building Services) Americas, you will be owning the commercial performance of a key product category across the Americas region, translating customer needs and market intelligence into clear product priorities while bridging regional insights with global strategy. You will be based out of our office in Brookshire, TX.

What you will be doing
As a key part of the DBS (Domestic Building Services) Americas Commercial team, you'll create impact by driving profitable growth and competitive positioning by connecting the voice of the market to product decisions that shape our portfolio's future.
Your main responsibilities are to:
- Own regional product performance by driving competitiveness, growth, and profitability while maintaining transparency on product performance and following up on gaps and opportunities.
- Capture and structure market insights, customer needs, and sales feedback into clear priorities and inputs for global product strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead regional product launches, commercial initiatives, and optimization efforts in close alignment with Sales for strong positioning and pipeline development.
- Drive product lifecycle activities including phase-in/out coordination, portfolio prioritization, and optimization with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Act as the regional bridge between Sales, Global Product Management, and Product Development to ensure alignment on priorities and business outcomes.
- Identify competence gaps and drive targeted training and enablement initiatives to ensure Sales readiness linked to product growth ambitions.
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a commercially minded product professional with strong analytical skills, a talent for translating market complexity into actionable strategy, and the collaborative drive to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals. We would also imagine that you have:
- A Bachelors degree in engineering (or a related field) OR equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or commercial roles within B2B industrial or engineered products.
- Proven track record of driving product performance, portfolio management, and commercial execution in a regional or multi-market context.
- Expert product and application knowledge of domestic cold water products such as pressure boosting and waste water.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using market data and customer insights to inform product strategy and business decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
- The ability to travel domestically and internationally (30-40 days a year)
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience in the water technology, pump, or residential building services industry.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management frameworks and stage-gate processes.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills.

The salary range for this position is $101,400 - $159,380. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Brookshire, TX.
