Project Manager
Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering complex projects that keep critical infrastructure running — on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Project Manager, you will be managing the end-to-end delivery of medium and large complexity projects, from order fulfilment through to after-sales, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing profitable outcomes. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

This position reports directly to the Proposal Manager and will be based out of our Brookshire TX facility on a hybrid schedule.

What you will be doing:

As a key part of the Project Delivery team, you'll create impact by driving successful project execution that strengthens customer relationships and delivers engineered solutions that make a real difference in water technology.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple medium-to-large complexity projects simultaneously using SAP SD, SAP PS, and Grundfos project execution processes, delivering to time, cost, and quality targets
  • Coordinate with sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure alignment of service levels and supply agreements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare submittal packages and compile handover documentation in line with agreed formats and standards
  • Proactively manage risks and opportunities across the portfolio of active projects, escalating issues and driving resolution with cross-functional teams
  • Liaise with Proposals, Sales, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Warranty teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless project delivery
  • Support monthly KPI analysis and reporting, and collaborate with Finance/Credit Control to secure on-time payment

What makes you a great fit:

Above all, you are a detail-oriented project delivery professional with strong stakeholder management skills, proven ability to juggle multiple complex projects, and a talent for bridging technical and commercial conversations. We would also imagine that you have:

  • An Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree  (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience delivering technically complex projects on time, cost, and quality
  • Strong project management skills including financial management, risk management, and change management, with proficiency in tools such as PRINCE2 and SAP PS
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium-complexity projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with proven success engaging diverse stakeholder groups

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with SAP R/3, SAP CRM, and Business Warehouse
  • A background in Field Service and/or Service Coordination
  • Familiarity with water technology, pump systems, or engineered-to-order project environments

The salary range for this position is $69,300 to $104,790 per year.   Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. To learn more about our benefits, please visit: Grundfos Benefits
