As our new Production Team Lead, you will be leading and coaching a production team to deliver on safety, quality, and output targets while driving continuous improvement across daily manufacturing operations. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Production Operations team, you'll create impact by Driving operational excellence and team development that directly contributes to Grundfos's mission of pioneering sustainable water and climate solutions.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operators to meet daily output, quality, and safety targets
• Plan and coordinate shift schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to optimize production flow
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Monitor key production KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions in real time
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all production activities
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a results-oriented production leader with strong people management skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We would also imagine that you have:

• 3+ years of experience in a production leadership or team lead role within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams of 10+ operators
• Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience using root cause analysis tools

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience working in pump manufacturing or similar engineered-products industries
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems such as SAP
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field

The salary range for this position is $ 54,200.00 - $71,880.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
