Sales & Customer Support
Data Center Project Coordinator, Commercial Building Services
Job Description

Are you passionate about turning complex project and sales data into actionable insights that power a high-growth business? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Data Center Project Coordinator Commercial Building Services, you will be driving sales excellence by managing project, opportunity, and forecasting data across the Data Center Sales organization by serving as the critical link between Sales, Commercial Excellence, and Operations to ensure pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and supply chain readiness. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Data Center Sales team, you'll create impact by transforming raw data into strategic business insights that sharpen commercial performance and accelerate project execution across Grundfos's rapidly growing Data Center segment. This role is hybrid in Brookshire, Texas.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Own and maintain the integrity, quality, and completeness of all Data Center project and opportunity data within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking through defined sales stages and forecasting processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Power BI that provide actionable insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and forecast accuracy
  • Act as the primary sales representative within the Data Center Deal Desk process, coordinating across Supply Chain, Pricing, Operations, and leadership on high-priority projects
  • Partner with Sales Operations to align opportunity tracking, quoting processes, and forecasting tools with organizational standards
  • Coordinate forecasting inputs with Operations to improve supply planning, capacity visibility, and execution readiness
  • Analyze sales trends, opportunity conversion rates, and market activity to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous CRM process enhancement

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented, analytically sharp coordinator who thrives on making data clean, meaningful, and actionable — with the organizational agility to manage multiple priorities and the collaborative instincts to work effectively across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, business analytics, or commercial support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools)
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other business information systems

It is a plus if you also:

  • Exposure to data center, HVAC, or industrial/commercial sales environments
  • Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning or demand forecasting processes

You'll also be available for travelling up to 13 days per year.

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programs to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
