Customer Sales & Support Center (CSSC) Front Line Representative

As our new Customer Sales & Support Center Frontline Representative, you will be serving as the primary point of contact for our Commercial Building Services partner network, handling customer inquiries with urgency and ownership while collaborating across operations, logistics, and sales to deliver innovative solutions. What you will be doing

 

As a key part of the Commercial Building Services Customer Sales & Support Center team, you'll create impact by Driving improved customer satisfaction by providing high-quality, responsive support that makes our partners and customers feel valued and confident in Grundfos..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customer inquiries via phone, email, and Grundfos extranet, providing solutions for order support, billing disputes, and escalated complaints
  • Process complex orders to completion and proactively manage at-risk sales orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide first-level SAP and CRM support within the CSSC, acting as a subject matter expert on order management across Grundfos
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM accounts, key accounts, and the CBS partner network through responsive, solutions-oriented communication
  • Record and maintain detailed customer interaction data in the CRM system while meeting or exceeding quality assurance standards
  • Support and train team members on daily processes, reporting, and problem-solving to strengthen overall team performance

What makes you a great fit

 

Above all, you are a customer-focused problem solver with strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining composure and a positive attitude. 

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or GED required with 3-5 years of previous customer service experience in the pump industry or related field. Previous customer service experience in the pump industry or a similar field preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and order management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including business writing with accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve complex customer issues

It is a plus if you also:

  • Previous customer service experience in the pump industry or related technical/industrial field
  • Experience supporting OEM or key account customers in a B2B environment
  • Track record of participating in continuous improvement initiatives

The salary range for this position is $52,000.00 - $77,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
