As our new Customer Experience Specialist (Rentals), you'll be coordinating and driving rental projects end-to-end — from equipment assembly and manufacturing through shipment — that ensure our Water Treatment Americas customers receive reliable, on-time solutions. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Water Treatment Americas - Rental Operations team, you'll create impact by managing the full lifecycle of rental projects, optimizing schedules and costs while ensuring every customer commitment is met with precision and excellence.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Oversee project management of customer rental orders from award through shipment, including scheduling, equipment assembly, vendor coordination, and contract administration
  • Read, interpret, and manage customer specifications, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure accurate project execution
  • Coordinate logistics for pickup and shipment of major equipment, monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery metrics are met
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize project costs, inventory levels, and schedules
  • Provide pricing guidance and technical positioning support to Sales teams based on market intelligence and past project data

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you're a proactive project coordinator with strong organizational skills, customer-facing experience, and the judgment to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, operations, or project coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

It's a plus if you also:

  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems or similar data management platforms
  • Background in water treatment, industrial equipment, or rental operations

The salary range for this position is 77,100 to 104,300 CAD. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc.
