As our new Customer Support Specialist - German Speaking, you will be providing expert support to German-speaking customers, resolving technical and commercial inquiries while ensuring a seamless experience that strengthens long-term customer relationships. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Customer Support team, you'll create impact by delivering responsive, high-quality support that helps customers get the most from Grundfos solutions and drives satisfaction across key German-speaking markets.
Your main responsibilities include:
· Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chats in German providing timely and accurate responses
· Create technical and commercial offers
· Troubleshoot product and service-related issues by collaborating with internal teams including sales, logistics, and technical support
· Be the first resolution point for customer orders, returns and complaints in SAP or relevant CRM systems
· Distribute complex inquiries for further handling to Back Office, order management and complaint handling department
· Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and proactively suggest process enhancements
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up on open cases to meet service level targets
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a customer-focused communicator with fluent German, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine drive to help people find the right solutions. We would also imagine that you have:
· Fluent in German (C1 or native level) and proficient in English
· Experience in customer support, order management, service or similar roles
· Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset
It is a plus if you are also:
· Experience in a technical or industrial B2B environment, ideally within pumps, HVAC, or water technology
· Familiarity with Grundfos products or similar engineered product portfolios
· Additional European language skills are a plus
