As our new Commissioning Technician, you will be leading our local service and repair function, translating service vision into actionable projects and results while managing client commissioning interactions and supporting global service activities. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Service & Commissioning team, you'll create impact by Driving service excellence by developing a skilled, motivated team that delivers reliable commissioning and repair solutions to Grundfos customers worldwide..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Lead the local service and repair function while supporting global service activities and translating service goals into real-time projects and measurable results
- Select, guide, evaluate and develop service engineers and technicians to ensure the right mix of talent and high team performance
- Manage client commissioning interactions and coordinate with the technical office, claim department, and sales regions to maximize efficiency
- Identify and track key performance indicators, supporting troubleshooting and specific claims resolution
- Coordinate service-related training programmes to keep the team skilled, motivated and delivering value for customers
- Develop workforce plans that maintain a productive, efficient and harmonious work environment

- Proven experience leading teams and business processes within a service environment
- Strong knowledge of service best practices, KPI management, and relevant systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and develop others in a cross-functional setting
- Well-organized, deadline-driven approach with a track record of delivering quality results
It is a plus if you also:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technical management, or equivalent work experience
- Experience coordinating commissioning or field service operations
- Strong interpersonal skills with attentiveness to the needs of team members and clients
