As our new Integration Manager, you will lead the integration of acquired water treatment companies (Eurowater, Culligan C&I, EUWA, Everblue, and others) into Grundfos as part of our Water Treatment Integration program. Working across functions and cultures, you will support growth ambitions while fostering collaboration, well-being, and inclusion.

 

What you will be doing

 

As part of the Water Treatment Europe Integration team, you will help shape the future of Grundfos's Water Treatment business across Europe through effective integration initiatives.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

 

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, locations, and acquired companies to deliver integration milestones.
  • Manage integration plans, timelines, budgets, and resources while tracking business case targets.
  • Maintain communication with acquired company leaders, WT Europe Leadership, Group M&A, and Strategy.
  • Lead change management activities supporting new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Foster collaboration and cultural integration across European organizations.

 

What makes you a great fit

 

You are a strong project leader with the ability to connect stakeholders, bridge cultures, and drive complex integration programs.

 

We would also imagine that you have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience at Grundfos in project management, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 

It is a plus if you also:

 

  • Have experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and post-merger integration.
  • Have knowledge of water treatment or industrial sectors.
  • Have experience working in international and multicultural environments.

Indicative gross annual salary: €50,008–€72,248, depending on experience, skills, and market benchmarks. The total rewards package may also include bonus schemes, incentives, and additional company benefits.
