Export Sales Engineer – EMEA and APAC
Are you ready to put your commercial experience on the line to make a difference in a leading multinational water treatment company?
In this position, you will play a fundamental role for creating the sales strategy, sales forecast reports and the sales pipeline for the EMEA and APAC areas. You will have to manage network of sales agents, the dealer network and a customer portfolio to develop market shares.
Your main responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales calls and customer visits
- Identification of competitors and comparison analysis if needed
- Find proper customer solutions for water treatment plants that meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Prepare, write and present offers with the support of relevant functions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities
- Administrate customer and sales pipeline information in systems (eg CRM).
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Technical qualification as chemical/mechanical/environmental
- Previous experience of 5 years in structured companies in the plant sector, preferably specific for water treatment
- Availability to work off-site and continuous travel within the assigned territory
- Knowledge of the English and Franch language
- Strong skills of empathy and creation of interpersonal relationships
- Problem solving skills, ability to work on projects, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, motivation, availability for mobility and inclination towards innovations complete the required profile
