We are now looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead our quality initiatives across multiple European production sites and ensure our products and services consistently exceed expectations.

About the Role
As a Quality Supervisor, you will lead a cross-European team, set strategic goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You’ll ensure compliance with quality standards, drive operational excellence, and support our mission to deliver sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Quality System (30%)
- Develop and implement a robust quality management system.
- Lead audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
- Maintain quality control across development, manufacturing, and delivery.
Product Quality (30%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and root causes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Act as the main contact for quality-related matters with customers and regulators.
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices.
Team Leadership (40%)
- Lead and manage a geographically distributed team.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster motivation and development.
- Promote collaboration, trust, and openness.
- Support recruitment, training, and succession planning.
- Implement company policies related to HR, sustainability, and innovation.
- Align team efforts with company strategy and contribute to key projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5–6 years of experience in quality management within international and matrix organizations.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality methodologies.
- Strategic and hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
- Language Requirement: Professional-level English proficiency
