  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Application teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, and competitor intelligence while supporting commercial activities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and travel globally (30+ days per year) to support customers and strategic initiatives.

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a collaborative technical leader with strong interpersonal skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to navigate complexity while keeping the customer at the centre of every decision.

We would also imagine that you have:

  • Engineering degree (Master's or Bachelor's) or equivalent technical education.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, in a global environment.
  • Commercial acumen and experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.

It is a plus if you also:

  • Have experience within HVAC, pump technology, water solutions, or related industrial sectors.
  • Have experience managing key accounts or strategic customer relationships in a global environment.
  • Have familiarity with product lifecycle management and customer-driven product development.

You'll also be available for travelling approximately 30+ days per year.
