Ready to combine technical expertise with commercial impact in a fast-paced, global environment?

As Technical Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the technical dimension of our customer relationships – from solution specification to project execution and strategic roadmap development. Moreover, you will:

  • Own the technical responsibility for specifying customer offerings and solutions
  • Maintain deep knowledge of customers’ current and future product offerings
  • Develop customer roadmaps that align with their needs and create mutual value
  • Act as project manager for customer projects, focusing on business case and technical scope
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ensure access to key technical stakeholders and decision-makers to influence engagement
  • Communicate professionally and timely with customers on all technical matters
  • Build strong technical and application knowledge to support customer dialogues
  • Gather and share technical competitor intelligence from the market
  • Serve as both a technical leader and a hands-on technical specialist

Your background

We’re looking for a collaborative and structured technical person who thrives in a dynamic, global environment. You bring strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to drive change through influence and coordination. Moreover, we imagine that you have/are:

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar technical education
  • 10+ years of relevant working experience
  • 5+ years of proven technical leadership
  • Commercial mindset and experience working closely with sales teams
  • Solid foundation for navigating and succeeding in a complex organization
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken – and able to communicate across language barriers
  • Willingness and ability to travel approx. 30+ days per year

What’s in it for you?

Whether you’re looking to grow your leadership capabilities or deepen your technical expertise, we’ll support your journey with continuous learning and development opportunities – helping you shape your long-term career at Grundfos. From day one, you’ll be welcomed into an inclusive and trusting environment, guided by our six core values.
