Digital & IT
System Consultant, PLM 3Dx
Job Description

Are you experienced with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and passionate about ensuring the right people have the right capabilities to do their best work? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new System Consultant, PLM 3Dx, you will be administering, optimising, and governing capabilities, licenses, and access models within Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform — ensuring cost control, compliance, and operational stability as Grundfos transitions from on-prem CATIA/ENOVIA V5 to a cloud-based 3DX solution. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Tools and Integration Solutions team, you'll create impact by Enabling Grundfos engineers and product developers to work effectively on a modern PLM platform by ensuring stable, cost-efficient, and well-governed capability and license administration during a critical transformation period and beyond..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Administer, maintain, and optimise 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities and licenses using Dassault licensing concepts, including Trigram-based configurations
  • Support the PLM programme as new capabilities are introduced, collaborating with programme teams on correct licensing and capability setup
  • Monitor license consumption and drive cost-efficient use of capabilities across user groups
  • Provide general 3DEXPERIENCE support including configuration, troubleshooting, and platform stability
  • Document license models, capability structures, and administration procedures, and ensure effective knowledge transfer to 1st level support

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a structured and analytically minded PLM professional with hands-on 3DEXPERIENCE platform experience, a collaborative approach to working across technical and organisational boundaries, and the ability to clearly communicate capability and license concepts to non-specialists. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
  • Solid hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in a support, administration, or consulting role
  • Practical experience with 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities and licensing concepts, including Dassault Trigram-based setups
  • Experience with user and access administration in enterprise PLM environments

It is a plus if you also:

  • Understanding of the transition from project delivery to live operations and steady-state support
  • Experience supporting hypercare or go-live stabilisation phases in large-scale PLM programmes
  • Familiarity with CATIA V5 or ENOVIA V5 environments

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
