Digital & IT
System Consultant, PLM 3Dx
Job Description

Are you passionate about designing seamless enterprise integrations that connect engineering platforms to the broader digital landscape? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new System Consultant, PLM 3Dx Integration, you will be owning and evolving business-critical integrations between the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and surrounding systems, ensuring a coherent and scalable digital thread across Grundfos's PLM landscape. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Tools and Integration Solutions team, you'll create impact by Designing and stabilising the integration backbone that enables Grundfos's long-term PLM transformation from on-prem CATIA/ENOVIA V5 to a cloud-based 3DEXPERIENCE solution..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary technical authority for bidirectional integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and connected enterprise systems (SAP, web platforms, 3DExcite, etc.)
  • Provide dedicated integration support during hypercare following CAD/3DX go-live, owning stability and driving root-cause resolution of integration incidents
  • Support the structured handover from project delivery to steady-state operations, ensuring sustainable long-term ownership
  • Proactively identify future integration needs and contribute to solution designs aligned with the PLM roadmap and digital thread strategy
  • Define, document, and maintain integration architectures, interface specifications, and operational procedures
  • Advise engineering, IT operations, enterprise architecture, and programme leadership on integration topics, translating complexity into clear business guidance

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a hands-on integration specialist with deep 3DEXPERIENCE platform knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work confidently across technical, organisational, and vendor boundaries. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform combined with enterprise integration design and support
  • Proven track record designing and supporting system integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, web platforms, or product data hubs
  • Solid understanding of integration architectures, lifecycle management, and transitioning systems from project delivery to live operations

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with Dassault 3DExcite or similar visualisation/marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud-based PLM deployments and migration from on-prem CATIA/ENOVIA V5
  • Experience working in hypercare or post-go-live stabilisation phases of large-scale IT programmes

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
