Supply Chain Manager
Job Description

Join Grundfos as a Supply Chain Manager and lead a high-performing SCM team to operational excellence. Drive improvements through our internal GPS model and inspire continuous development. Ready to make a global impact through smart, sustainable operations?

Your main responsibilities

As Supply Chain Manager at Grundfos, you will play a key role in shaping a high-performing, motivated team and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across the supply chain. You’ll lead with purpose, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with plant leadership to deliver on strategic goals. Moreover, you will:

  • Develop plans to maintain an efficient, productive, and harmonious work environment.
  • Select, lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure the right mix of talent is in place —trained, motivated, and focused on customer value.
  • Drive improvements in delivery performance, inventory, lead time, and other key SCM KPIs.
  • Take accountability for professional order handling, material call-offs, and efficient production planning, including timely escalation and mitigation.
  • Lead GPS (Grundfos Production System) improvements with full team and plant involvement.
  • Ensure timely reporting and active participation in group SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with the plant leadership team to align strategic and operational goals.

Your background

You are someone who takes ownership, communicates with clarity, and considers the broader impact of your decisions. You collaborate with empathy, plan with purpose, and bring others along on the journey toward shared success. Moreover, we imagine that you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management or a related field
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations
  • Experience in a leadership role is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as SAP and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate across teams and functions
  • Proficiency in Danish and English—spoken, written, and read
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

What’s in it for you?

You’ll be an invaluable part of our global leadership team—a diverse network of pioneers who see possibilities where others see problems. You’ll help spread our optimistic, can-do mindset, advancing innovation with purpose. As a role model for our six core values, you’ll guide and inspire others to live them every day, while making a real difference in global projects.

We’re committed to supporting your growth. Whether you want to deepen your expertise or explore new areas like diversity & inclusion, coaching, or culture, we’ll provide the tools and opportunities to shape your own development journey.

  • A diverse, inclusive environment with employee-led forums where colleagues connect and share openly
  • A well-equipped home office setup and encouragement to engage, learn, and have fun at our on-site locations
  • Flexible working hours and up to 3 additional paid days off annually for volunteering
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance, parental support, and access to internal well-being consultants and programs
  • Access to the modern Grundfos Academy for personal and professional development
