What is the job about?
As a Supply Chain Developer in our Supply Chain team, you’ll apply your knowledge and technical insight to create workable solutions that improve planning processes and factory performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, reduce lead times, and enhance delivery performance.
The team consists of 13 people with various experiences and competencies. The environment is informal, and we value a sense of humor in our collaboration.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive production and supply planning processes and support planners in daily operations.
- Analyze KPIs and identify root causes for low performance at factory level.
- Lead or participate in improvement projects across functions (SCM, Production, Procurement, etc.).
- Suggest and implement process improvements, ensuring anchoring and follow-up.
- Conduct cost/benefit and risk analyses for proposed changes.
- Manage warehouse performance, including stock analysis and slow movers.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Some years of relevant experience in planning or supply chain roles, but if you are a talented newly graduate, then don’t hesitate to apply.
- Strong skills in project management, including risk assessment and business case development.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- A holistic business understanding and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
