Student Intern - Frontloading Innovation - Domestic Building Services

In Grundfos DBS Frontloading Innovation Team, we are looking for a fulltime Student Intern for fall 2024 to support contributing to the creation of novel solutions for the homes of the future and development of frontloading innovation processes.

Driving small projects and supporting on processes, presentations etc.

As a member of our team, you will dive into stimulating and cutting-edge projects at the forefront of innovation, assisting tackling complex challenges and driving meaningful change in the industry. 

•    Support development of innovative concepts and ideas for Grundfos products and services.
•    Assist in testing ideas for viability, feasibility, and profitability.
•    Help document and share learnings with the organization.

We anticipate your enthusiasm for acquiring new skills, as some areas of your work may extend beyond conventional classroom teachings. From workshops and seminars to mentorship programs, we are dedicated to nurturing your innovation skillset and fostering personal growth.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a master’s degree in Innovation Management or Business Administration with at least 1.5 years remaining in their program. We seek individuals unafraid of challenges, capable of swiftly assimilating new knowledge into practical applications. Our support extends to aiding your understanding of market dynamics, with a strong emphasis on a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, along with the ability to work from our Bjerringbro office on select weekdays.
