Students & Apprenticeships
Student Assistant for Manufacturing Architecture & Modularization
Job Description

Are you ready to put your studies into action by creating engaging communication, coordinating events, and helping a global function stay connected? Then this might be your next step.

As our new Student Assistant in Manufacturing Architecture & Modularization, you will support communication activities within the function and towards stakeholders across the organization, helping turn ideas into action.

You will become part of a diverse, supportive, and inclusive team that values curiosity, collaboration, and fresh perspectives. We are just as excited to learn from you as you are from us.

What you will be doing

As part of the Manufacturing Architecture & Modularization team in Group Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful initiatives from day one.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing team and function meetings, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring practical support
  • Supporting the planning and execution of leadership team and function days, including social gatherings
  • Coordinating and publishing monthly newsletters, including collecting and reviewing content
  • Maintaining and updating SharePoint sites to ensure content is current and easy to navigate
  • Developing communication materials for various platforms and supporting stakeholder communication
  • Supporting the function with ad hoc communication tasks

You will work approximately 10 to 15 hours per week from our office in Bjerringbro. We will ensure flexibility around your studies and exams, and there will be opportunities to work from home on agreed days.

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and motivated to make a difference.

We imagine that you:

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Have an interest in or experience with internal communication, event coordination, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Take initiative and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively
  • Communicate confidently in English

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience preparing clear and engaging presentation materials
  • Enjoy coordinating activities and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Are structured, outgoing, and flexible in your approach to new assignments
