In the IND AI Program, we are looking for a student assistant to support our work with AI agent development, process automation, and BI-driven insights.

You will join a team working at the forefront of Grundfos’ AI initiatives—driving digital innovation, building scalable Copilot-based solutions, and enabling the organization to work smarter with data. What is the job about?

At Grundfos, we believe in potential, curiosity, and the power to influence. As our new student assistant, you will help build and improve Copilot agents, support Business Intelligence projects, and assist in data analysis and structured testing that brings value to real stakeholders across the business.

•    Your responsibilities include:
•    Building, testing, and documenting Copilot agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
•    Supporting Business Intelligence development (Power BI, DAX, data models)
•    Preparing datasets and ad hoc analysis supporting AI initiatives
•    Supporting small automation projects and digital improvement efforts
•    Gathering and structuring customer and business data for insights

You will work app. 15 hours a week from our Bjerringbro office, with full flexibility around exams and study commitments. Remote work on agreed days is possible.

What do you need to apply?

•    You are studying at bachelor’s or master’s level within Data Science, Economics, Engineering, IT, Business Intelligence, or similar fields.
•    You have interest or experience with Power BI, data analysis, AI tools, or automation.
•    Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Python, or Power Platform is an advantage—but not required.
•    You take initiative, are eager to learn, and work proactively and independently.
•    You speak and write English fluently.
