As a part of the Technical Communication Team in the Domestic Building division, you’ll support our dynamic team in user research and user journey mapping. You'll have the opportunity to work on a real project and gain practical experience in a professional environment, contributing to user-oriented solutions for our global user base, focusing specifically on technical documentation.

In Technical Documentation Team team/Product Development, we are looking for a student assistant to support with User Journey Mapping. 

You will join a team/department with 6 colleagues, all working with Technical Documentation (eg. Installation and Operation Manuals, Data Booklets and Quick Guides). We guarantee a steep learning curve and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about your ideas.

We imagine that you will be assisting with creating a User Journey Map to have a better understanding of our customers’ goals, needs and desires, so that we can improve our users’ experience with our products. 

This includes working with:

-    Surveying and User Journey Mapping tools
-    MS Office
-    JIRA

You will be working with different kind of stakeholders both internal and external groups and persons.

You will be working for 10-20 hours per week at our Office in Bjerringbro, Denmark OR Székesfehérvár, Hungary, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work. There is a possibility of working from home on agreed days.

What do you need to apply?

-    You are studying at bachelor’s/master’s/other level within Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Information Technology and possess knowledge within user research, user journey mapping, marketing, user experience.
-    You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.
-    You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
