You will join Grundfos Digital & Customer Excellence, which is a global team that delivers commercial excellence initiatives, digital platforms and more, all with the aim of building great customer experiences that make it easy to get their job done when they interact with Grundfos.

Specifically, you will be part of the Commercial Excellence team, which is global team that focuses on delivering sales supporting platforms and processes to serve the sales staff to obtain maximum sales effectiveness, efficiency & customer service. One of the team’s main tasks is introducing a new CRM system to our global sales organisation. 
Your direct manager will be Katrine Tranekær, Senior Manager Group Commercial Excellence.

What is the job about?

We expect the job to be an average of 10–20 hours per week and are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork. You will have the chance to develop your competencies by gaining professional hands-on experience in an inspiring and ambitious environment. You will quickly gain responsibility for your own tasks, which amongst others will include:

•    Updating and creating training materials to support our internal tools and processes. This involves creating and maintaining user-friendly content such as guides, presentations and learning journeys.
•    Collaborating closely with our Change Management team to co-develop communication packages and drive effective change management activities. Your work will help ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes across our global sales organisation.
•    Supporting global alignment by working with colleagues across various group functions as well as our divisions.


What do you need to apply?

You are a bachelor’s student or in the beginning of your Masters. This could be in Information Technology, It & Communication, Business Communication & English or similar.

To succeed in this role, we believe you should bring:

•    Strong communication skills in English - both written and verbal
•    A structured and proactive approach to your work
•    An interest in digital tools, training and change communication
•    Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and other content creation tools (experience with e-learning platforms is a plus but not a must)
•    A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with stakeholders across functions and cultures

You show a high degree of initiative and work independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.

Additional information

We are looking for a candidate that can start in early September and will be conducting interviews in mid-August. We expect you to be with us for more than a semester, so you are most likely a senior BA student or in the beginning of your MA or similar.
